I truly enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Arrowood. The staff was very professional and courteous from check-in to the day I checked-out. During my first night, there was a huge delay with my food order food order and to make up for this error, they gave me complimentary food and a beverage. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious! I would definitely stay there again!

Enjoyed my stay with my grandkids. Very clean, staff very friendly and excellent. The rooms were better than I expected and my grandkids had a wonderful time. I would stay here again when I come back to Charlotte. Staff is willing to go above and beyond!!!

My family & I were recently in Charlotte for a business conference. We were originally booked at a different Hyatt hotel, but we were switched to the Arrowood facility. The staff here was so wonderful! The room was exceptional & clean. This is probably the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The staff was so helpful, they assisted us with some transportation issues that we had. They were excellent with directions & suggestiions on where to eat, what to see, all of our questions/concerns, which were many, were addressed & taken care of, with a smile. When told that we would be moved to a different Hyatt facility, we were a bit concerned, however, the staff at the Arrowood erased all of our concerns. We will definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Hyatt in January was wonderful. The food was good and the servers when needing service provided excellent service. The staff were wonderful and just provided excellent sevice and were attentive to my requests. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was pleasant. I would defintely stay again.

Nicely appointed, clean rooms. Room doors were hard to open. Continental breakfast was bad. The servers had a hard time keeping the breakfast bar supplied. They also were not good about cleaning tables in a timely manner. My husband cleaned an area for him, my daughter and nephew to sit at. The dirty dishes sat on the end of the table the entire time they were eating. They offered bread, begals, yogurt,fruit and cereal for breakfast. No signs of pastries, grits, oatmeal or waffles
