Horrible experience!!!

We booked a reservation for the hotel about a week in advance. After driving in the pouring rain for two hours to get to the hotel to start our vacation we were told they had no rooms left, but we did hear them upgrading another customer on the phone. We were told we made our reservations on the internet like that was not really a reservation. We were shuttled across the street to the Marriot Courtyard (which was a wonderful experience). We also parked our car at the Hyatt for our vacation. Upon our arrival back to Denver we called to have the shuttle pick us up to take us to our car and had to phone a total of three times (and 45 minutes - when we were told it would be 15 minutes) before the shuttle actually picked us up. They tried to offer us water to make up for the ""mistake"" but it was much too late. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Luckily the rest of our vacation was wonderful!!!

We stayed here overnight to avoid the long drive to DIA in the early am in a snowstorm. What a nice place! Very stylish decor in the rooms and overall just such a nice place. The cafe/bar downstairs is great too. Plus I left my car here for our trip and took the shuttle to the airport. This saved me a fortune in long-term parking costs, so the overall stay was nearly free. Will definitely stay here again!
