A very nice modern style decor hotel. I stayed two nights and it was very nice. Very close and easy to get to I-40. There are lots of restraunts and other stores close by for entertainment. I would suggest if you are going to stay there to ask for a room on the opposite side of the highway. The noise is noticable when laying in bed. The rooms are very nicely decorated with furniture and a large screen T.V. There is no full size restraunt and bar if you are looking for that. They do serve beverages and sandwiches at the front desk area. You can get other food that they prepare at the gallery area. I believe they serve Starbucks coffee too. The hotel staff was very friendly. I am definately going to stay there again if I get a chance.

The Hyatt was once the place to stay while traveling. Until my last stay when I left to go to the restaurant on Wendover and return to a room with clean towels and wash cloths and freshly made bed and with a few missing items. The house keeping had taking my digital camera, class ring, and watch. I know some people steal but at least have the courtesy to leave the memory card. But anyway when I reported it the management acted like they were lost. They asked the housekeepers and of course they said no. I expected the hotel insurance to cover my lost but they declined to. They said they were not liable because they couldn't prove that house keeping took it. Well my items were in my room when i left and only the housekeepers had a key.Who else would have took small items that could easily be concealed. Anyone else would have took my dvd player, laptop, checkbook or basically wiped me out. So since the hotel doesn't want to be responsible for their staff I will be staying at the Marriott or Proximity for Now on.

I would recommend the Hyatt Place to everyone! It was very clean and very convenient. The staff was amazing! Extremely helpful and accomodating. I will definitely stay there again and when traveling elsewhere, if there is another Hyatt Place I will try that one! Kudos and compliments to the Hyatt Place! Thank you for making our stay wonderful!

I had contacted the hotel to confirm my reservation and inform them that I would be arriving after midnight. When I arrived @ 2AM, they had given away my pre-paid confirmed room. I was not happy to have driven for 7 hours only to find that I no room to check into. The Hyatt covered ALL my expenses for the first night at another hotel and more than made up for their error on my second night. I was attending early orientation with my 2 teens and they liked the Hyatt much better than the more expensive hotel that we'd been sent to. I felt that the staff was genuinely happy to have my business. Everyone I saw Sunday morning said "good morning" and asked if I was 1. enjoying my stay; 2. needed anything; 3. could they do anything to improve my stay. When my husband and I return for family weekend in september and any subsequent visits, we will be staying here.

I will always stay at this hotel when in Greensboro NC. The price was great and we were pleasantly suprised at how nice this hotel was. The room was very clean, large and extremely comfortable. The staff was very accomodating and friendly.
