We were quoted 5 different prices in 15 minutes for the same room. The location refused to honor the price quoted by the Hyatt reservation center and claimed that 4 of the 5 prices the customer service specialists must of "been wrong" about and told us "we should book online because it's cheaper". The General Manager claimed they do not have to honor AAA unless they choose to on non-high census dates. I will not recoomend this location to anyone.

Although GPS (provided by rental car company) would not recognize the correct Zurich and it took longer to find (finally used directions I had written down from Travelocity in case I wasn't able to get GPS), the hotel was nice. Quick check in, comfortable bed, plenty of room, prompt cleaning service (once they cleaned my room while I was eating breakfast in lobby area and only gone 20 minutes). Hotel clerk indicated the location problem via GPS had been previously reported to the GPS company.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at in a long while and I will be coming back. Very modern and clean w/ upscale amenities. The beds were very comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Large flat screen tv's with easy dvd and video game connections. The decor was was earthtone and very modern - lots of brushed metal. The bathroom, shower and sinks was very clean - marble countertops, bar w/ sink, coffee maker and small referigerator were a huge plus. The large l-shaped couch was also very nice. The lobby and pantry were also very modern with lots of seating and eating space. The porcelain ware was bone white oriental style. The continental breakfast was really good also.

I really enjoyed my room even though I did not spend much time there. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. There was a large, 42 inch I think, flat screen television in the room with a wide selection of programming available, even work out videos. My suite also had a comfy couch that had a sofa bed. The room was very stylish and clean. The continental breakfast was also good. I did notice that the exhaust vent in the bathroom had a dead insect in it that was noticeable when you turned on the bathroom light along with a light covering of lint on it. There was one outlet in the sink area that did not work, but there were so many other outlets that it wasn't too much of an issue. I had some trouble finding the hotel and when I called the hotel for directions, I got a recorded message (instead of a live person) that gave me unhelpful information in terms of finding the hotel. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay there again. TIP: Check with the hotel directly for nightly rates as my room was about $18 cheaper had I booked it directly vs. booking it on travelocity.

Great little hotel with cool amenities and a friendly staff. Contemporary interior design including a dining area and Starbucks coffee bar - espressos and lattes around the clock!! Great suite-like rooms with desk, wi-fi, huge flatscreen TV and wonderful seating area. Super comfortable beds. Yummy breakfast - egg and waffle dishes are extra and the complimentary continental fare is quite good.
