  The front Desk was very helpful and friendly..This Hotel is classic Alaska...it is filled with character and overflowing with charm. If you want a 'sanitized' hotel, that lacks character and is all about money...stay somewhere else. This Hotel is for those who want to experience the real Ketchikan. We will always stay there...it was delighful !!

  Having been coming for 13 years. very friendly to children. go out of their way to be helpful. bedding is excellent--feather beds with 460 egyptian cotton sheets! complimentary breakfast ...

  Having been coming for 13 years. Very friendly to children. Go out of their way to be helpful. Bedding is excellent--feather beds with 460 Egyptian Cotton Sheets! Complimentary Breakfast and Shuttle. Locally Owned.
