Our stay at this hotel was very nice. We spent seven nights and found the staff to be extremely friendly the manager expecially went out of his way to help us with a problem we had acquiring a rental car. Breakfast was really good with quite a nice selection of eggs, bacon, tater tots, sausage gravy and biscuits, oatmeal, waffles, cold cereal, pastries, yogurt, fruit and beverages. The breakfast was at no additional cost and as much as you could eat. Our room hand a miini fridge and was a suite. Our only complaint was the online description we read stated that there was a full service restaurant, when in fact they only serve breakfast. It also stated that there was a lounge. We read it as a lounge with a bar; instead we found a sitting area just off the lobby. The stay was great and we would recommend the facility to anyone, even families with children. The outdoor pool looked clean but it was just a little too cold for us to enjoy swimming.

I liked the double room I was in, and the lobby and dining area looked new and remodeled. However, there was a tangle of loose wires in the corner as if things hadn't really been fully installed. The mechanical deadbolt was not properly attached to the doorframe and therefore couldn't be used for security. More serious was the fact that many of the doors to the exterior, one right outside my room, that were supposed to be locked and only accessible with a key card stood unlocked well into the night hours. I certainly didn't feel as safe as I could have, despite the razor wire fence around the parking lot. Other (relatively) minor issues: the wireless internet in my corner room at the back was feeble and sporadic (much better in the lobby), and food ran out one weekend morning during a busy breakfast.

This hotel is very clean and friendly with a great location. Easy access off I-25 and I-40. They have a great selection for hot and cold breakfast with eggs,bacon,hashbrowns,waffles,and cold entre's also. All of the staff from the front desk to the maids were very curtious and helpful. Free DSL hook-up a plus, along with a full range of cable TV. We stayed again on our return trip, and will stay here in the future.

The room was a nice suite with ample space (by hotel room standards). However, the busted window on the back lobby door, the graffiti on a sign outside and the stranger in the driveway asking for a ride somewhere, did not make me, my wife and 3-year-old very comfortable.
