  The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the quality of the hot breakfast in the morning, makes this hotel one of the best in the South Bend/Mishawaka area. Definitively a place to stay. And the kids will love the cookies.

  This hotel is unlike any other Holiday Inns we have stayed at. Most impressed with the staff and friendly caring service. They did not seem to take it just as a job, but that they genuinely cared. The fresh popcorn in the evening was a great touch and the family just loved the pool! The only thing i would ask for in future is to be able to hook up playstation. Kudos to the management and staff here!

  When checking in to the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised at the decor, it was so different from other Holiday Inn Expresses we have stayed at. The only down fall was the doors were not electronic, but outside of that, the staff was the most friendly we have ever been at. Every single person said hello and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and breakfast was hot. The perfect place for us to stay again!! They all deserve to be recognized!!!

  The worst. They need to retrain their staff top to bottom. I've never stayed anywhere that received so many complaints in one weekend. I had to ask repeatedly for something they offered to try to improve my room situation and still had to stop by mid-day to demand they follow through. I will never stay here again.

  This is the perfect hotel. Price. Clean. GREAT BREAKFAST. Close to everything. Easy access. Notre Dame 15 min away. Mall is across the street. Many, many resturants. Perfect or as close to perfect as you can get. Staff: very friendly, knowledgeable of the area.
