We stayed here for a trip to Boston over Veteran's Day weekend. We were surprised by the high prices of downtown Boston hotels, so we decided to stay "in the burbs". The price made it worthwhile to spend 40 minutes commuting each way. Our room had a sliding door and therefore was easy to get fresh air and plenty of it (a major factor in my choice of hotels). The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked. The staff was helpful and pleasant, if sometimes a bit clueless. Breakfast was great (we did not do the buffet, but instead ordered off the menu). We would consider staying again, especially if the room rates down town continue to be $300+ per night.

Me and my Wife slept like angels in an incredibly Comfortable Bed.
Bring a very detailed map of the area if you wish to go to boston and return to BedFord after. We got Lost two times because our map was not detailing the little bedford roads enough.
I strongly recommend it. They offered us Cookies when we arrived very Late and it brought us to a comfort zone we truly needed after riding 8 hours.
The Bistro 44 restaurant was also a Good Treat :)

We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. When we arrived, the hotel was under construction. The pool and fitness center were unavailable for use, both of which are a big part of a family vacation. To the hotel's credit, they did arrange for patron's to use a neighboring hotel's outdoor pool; however, this amenity was inconvenient and the pool water was emerald green.
Moreover, the "We proudly serve Starbucks coffee" signage had no value either, as the coffee shop was closed as well.
Had we known that this hotel was undergoing renovation, we never would've stayed there. It really detracted from what was a wonderful family vacation in the Boston area. -

This hotel was nice. Was disappointed when we had to pay an extra $100.00 up front in case of incidentle. Wasn't told about this in our reservation. After speaking with the hotel MANAGER the day after check out, we should not have even been charged the fee. We paid with cash instead of using a credit card. Now we have to wait 5 business days to get our money back. So know how much money you will really need before staying at this hotel.....
