The ambiance is nice enough -- and it should be for the price. You will discover, however, that you will pay dearly for services that are complimentary at other hotels. This, on top of the often rude front desk staff, mediocre dining, $*/night parking + $* tax on parking and uncomfortable beds makes this a last-resort option only. Very disappointing!

I would recommend this hotel highly, My check in was fast and the staff was great and friendly and accommodating from the front desk, concierge to the door man, our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. the hotel was within walking distance of all shops restaurants and pikes market, I hardly had to use the car to get around downtown, I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in downtown Seattle... Whittier California

We had a great stay. From check-in to check-out, the entire staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. Only thing that was a drawback- there was no nightlight in the bathroom and if one had to get up at night, the bathroom light was like a spotlight. The bus stops at the door which made access to the downtown area great. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.
