  This hotel is the best especially if you don't speak spanish. The rooms are clean with big bathrooms. The area is nice and quiet; close to good restaurants and sights. But the staff are what make the difference. The guys at the front desk will do anything for you to make your stay wonderful. Every restaurant they suggested was just what we wanted. We need a cigar store; and with their clear directions, we found it. Breakfast was nice. There is absolutely nothing bad you can say about this place. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  This was a lucky find--our friends were staying at Orly which was fully booked and we were within walking distance of them. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly. Lovely breakfast included. Room was spacious, clean and had everything. Carpets are a little worn, but the quiet residential neighborhood more than made up for it. Easy access to metro and nicer areas of Santiago. We were there a week and were delighted.
