  We stayed one night here and were pleased with the overall experience. The price was a little high for the time of year but we were tired and had to stop for the night. Clean rooms, friendly staff, close to interstate.

  Great Best Western!!! Front desk staff was excellent, quick and friendly check-in, when I came back thru the lobby, the girl at the front desk asked if everything was alright in my room. Room was VERY CLEAN and attractive. Nice restaurant. Lounge was also nice, the Bartender was Very Friendly. I have stayed in two other hotels in Janesville, Holiday Inn and Baymount, this Best Western is the Best!!

  This was a great place to stay on short notice. I really liked that they ever had church located in the building. I will be back to stay. The only thing the rooms were missing was a mini frig.
  We had two haddicaped children and could have used a mini frig.

  Made a guaranteed reservation nearly four months in advance for a non-smoking king room. on arrival was given a smoking two double room. manager was unwilling to provide what ...

  Made a guaranteed reservation nearly four months in advance for a non-smoking king room. On arrival was given a smoking two double room. Manager was unwilling to provide what I had reserved. She told me they only guarantee you will get a room and nothing else. She needs an attitude adjustment.
