  The Best Western Hotel at the airport (Dixie Road) was exactly what I needed on this business trip to Toronto. The staff were friendly and most helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone having to do business at the western end of Toronto. I will book my next trip to Toronto at the Best Western. Sincerely, George Gordon Milwaukee, Wisconsin

  We are staying here now. we are staying for 8 nights.we have a rental car and there is never any parking in lot. we were advised to park anywhere ...

  We are staying here now. We are staying for 8 nights.We have a rental car and there is never any parking in lot. We were advised to park anywhere and if we received a ticket the front desk would pay. We got one and they say they will pay? The property is well located, clean and quiet. The staff is very slow to respond and act as if you are lying to them. It is the little things that irritate one and they just dont care about the parking situation. The one treadmill is broken. Would not stay at this property again because of lack of service and lousy parking.

  The bed was very comfortable. the room was mostly clean but the top of the tv cabinet had not been dusted off for a very long time. there was maintenance ...

  The bed was very comfortable. The room was mostly clean but the top of the TV cabinet had not been dusted off for a very long time. There was maintenance that needed to be done in the bathroom. Overall, it was a pretty good room. The service to the airport was a plus.

  My husbad and myself have previousely stayed at this hotel, and the hotel looks amazing. they have done some incredible renovations. Everything from the rooms to lobby has been changed for the better. The staff was incredble, they were very helpful with any enquiries we had. I rate this hotel a 5/5, and I highly recomand this hotel if you come visit Toronto. I will definatly come back again.
