Brought my family to the beach, but stayed in Foley for cheaper rates. This hotel was a great choice. Staff was very helpful in giving directions and restaurant suggestions. This hotel just went through a renovation. Room was clean with a great bed and pillows. Nice lobby & breakfast area. Would stay here again.

07/24/2006After reserving 3 months in advance and calling about a week and a half to confirm, i arrived to find my reservation had been altered. the man at the desk ...
after reserving 3 months in advance and calling about a week and a half to confirm, i arrived to find my reservation had been altered. the man at the desk was rude and all he could say is ""we can cancell you reservations"". as i was checking out, another person was having similar problems. i will not be back!

The air condition did not work very well. Called for room service to bring towels and I had to bring dirty towels to front desk before I got more towels. Would not recomend Best Western Rivera to anyone going on vacation. Just a bad deal. Not what I expected by looking at options on line.
