  I stayed here 2 years ago and found it a nice budget motel. i have been told it is now under new ownership. i booked a no smoking room but ...

  I stayed here 2 years ago and found it a nice budget motel. I have been told it is now under new ownership. I booked a no smoking room but was told none were available on arrival. Talked to others with same experience. I would probably not stay here again unless a no smoking room could be gauarenteed.
