  When I reserved the hotel room online nothing stated they were currently renovating the hotel. There were scaffolds everywhere, including right in front of our window, and paint and other debris all over the ground. It made the place look very dingy. The room itself was bigger than expected, but not very clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in our towels. One of the lamps didn't work, too. The continental breakfast was exceptional, though. They had a wide variety of fruits, bagels, oatmeal, cereals, juices, coffee, etc. That was probably the nicest thing about our stay. Located on Milledge Ave. it is close to the downtown area (within driving distance). The legendary Varsity is located just across the street also. Our main complaint was the cleanliness. We will not stay there again, though it is one of the cheapest hotels in the area.

  I will compliment the hotel on being clean, but that is all I can say for it. The bathroom door was an inch too big for the frame, the door knob came off in my hand, and several of the lights were not working. Every noise outside and next door was clearly heard. I won't be staying there again."

  Remarkable staff, very helpful. Great Value.Rooms have microwaves, refrigerators, coffee pots. Top of the line bedding/pillows. In Athens for a motorcycle rally, was given a first floor room (Wonderful), I arrived one hour early, after riding 400 miles, and just wanted to put my pack somewhere safe, but they let me check in early( fantastic) , had never had that happen before. Above average continental breakfast.Highly recommend staying there.
