DIRTY AND SO INCONVENIECED

My husband and I live in the area and just thought we would take a night without kids and get a room with a jacuzzi. We check in ok then go to our room only to realize we have 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and ONE DIRTY BATH TOWEL ON BACK OF BATHROOM DOOR! So, this becomes first trip to office to get towels granted the dirty one stayed where it was because we were not touching it. The remote dont work for the tv. Desk clerk tells me to come to office to get codes...NOT. My husband calls him back and he gives him the codes over the phone. Remote still doesn't work. He goes back to office to get remote changed...still doesn't work. They end up giving us one from another room after he came to our room because he was convinced my husband was not doing it right. So, I end up hiding in the bathroom after having to get out of jacuzzi so the clerk could come to room......wasted night!!! Then to sit and look at dirt on the floor just topped it all off. You would think since owner was one who finally gave us the other room remote we would be offered a discount did not happen. Would not stay here again

We stayed in this hotel overnight just to be close to the aquarium and Rock City. The hotel was a little out of the way but once we found it, it was fine. There are some restuarants close (Applebees, Logan's Steak House, IHOP) which was convienient. It was very easy to get to both Rock City and the aquarium.
The hotel itself was clean and seemed to have been newly updated. The beds were pretty comfortable also. Overall a good place to stay, I think we would stay there again! -

I have been to this property before and the changes that they have made are remarkable. Everything from the decor of the rooms to outside of the building. I would recommed this property to anyone that is staying in the North Georgia area by the Battlefield.
