  First of all, they do not have 24 hour shuttle service so, if you arrive at the airport after 8pm plan on a taxi. The rooms were nice and big, beds really comfy and house keeping great. None of the soda machines worked for us, no continential breakfast and the breakfast buffet that we did purchase was really cold. This hotel is off the beaten path a little so if we stayed there again we'd probably rent a car too. On the question "would you stay here again" It has to be filled out yes or no....They didn't give me an I don't know option" and to be honest, I am not sure I would stay there again or not.

  We were very pleased with our stay on our road trip to Oregon/Washington. The front desk was very pleasant and informative about the hotel ammenities. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It's located just outside the hustle and bustle of Reno with no casino on site. We appreciated the quiet location and easy off and on the highway. We would definitely stay again!

  I wanted a regular hotel and not a casino. the rooms were large and inviting. the bedding and mattress were exceptional.

  They are doing some renovation at the hotel, but the staff more than made up for it and the breakfast was great. i think there are good things to come ...
