  The front desk girl was friendly and competent. the rooms were clean and updated. the breakfast buffet was excellent. we would stay there again. great service!!

  We stayed at McCoys Inn because of our friends wedding in the Conference Center. That was very nice and well organized. All employess were great. Everything was great with the hotel. Very clean, well kept with the outdoor pool area and hot tub. No complaints at all. Thank you.

  Someone needs to take down the Best Western Sign, I now know why this facility is no longer affliated. My toliet was stopped up and water leaked from the shower keeping me up all night. I was worried about the neighborhood when I saw a room all boarded up from the outside but Ripley is a nice small town. Staying here was like a trip back in time, a very bad trip. Everything was old and musty smelling. Go over to the holiday inn express and have a good nights sleep.

  This was our 4th visit to McCoy as we visit the area often. X & Y always make sure we are comfortable & satisfied. Comp breakfast is always filling. We will be coming back in Sep.

  After almost not staying there because of the one review being negative, we were pleasantly surprised to find it much nicer than expected. The staff was friendly, the lobby appealing, the landscape in the back was beautiful, a nice jacuzzi in a gazebo near the pool, and the breakfast was more than we imagined.We would definitely go there again. A bargain for the price.
