  The views of the town and the lake are lovely. the thunder storm was spectacular from the floor to ceiling windows. the staff doesn't seem to care about much. ...

  The views of the town and the lake are lovely. The thunder storm was spectacular from the floor to ceiling windows. The staff doesn't seem to care about much. The general atmosphere is in need of repair - everywhere is an amateur patch job. Water: burned my arm or froze my butt - take your pick (staff didn't care). Relatively clean. Need something - go to the desk yourself. Food - again view is lovely, food is overpriced and fine, but not great.
