The staff were all polite, professional, and personable. The desk staff went out of their way to get us on the ground floor beside the pool for our 8 night stay.Our room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast provided and the evening social hour by the pool was a lot of fun.

09/14/2008Thye had crickets everywhere and somehow had gotten in my bedroom. when you have an executive suite the noise was unbearable. i complained and the desk person ignored me and ...
Thye had crickets everywhere and somehow had gotten in my bedroom. When you have an executive suite the noise was unbearable. I complained and the desk person ignored me and left. I called again and they sent the security guard? They didn't even ask how my stay was, they knew and apparently they just wanted their money.
