We had originally made reservations at a hotel across the street and it was horrible! We cancelled our reservations and came to the Best Western Flagship Inn and it was a world of difference for the same money. The Best Western had, in fact, been completely renovated - everything was new and clean. The staff was very professional and very helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic! We loved the fresh waffles! We'll definitely stay at the Best Western again!

We had originally made reservations at the Days Inn and it was horrible! We moved accross the street to this Best Western for the same price and it was fantastic! Rooms were completely remodeled, beautiful, clean & very comfortable. New paint, carpet, furniture, bedding, granite countertops. Pool was great! Staff was fantastic! Went out of their way to help us find directions, etc. They were all so pleasant and courteous. Saw employees checking the property and picking up trash, which was minimal. Wonderful continental breakfast which was constantly replenished so it was all fresh. Waffles were great! Plenty of sausage & biscuits, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, grits, bagels, french toast, toast, muffins, danish, juice & coffee. We couldn't have been more pleased with this hotel and their staff. If we come here again, we will absolutely stay here again.

The king, non-smoking, room was very clean and recent updates made it an enjoyable experience. We were on the pool/patio side and the room was quiet. The pool looked inviting but we did not use it. The breakfast was a continental one and there was plenty of choices and food.
