Great Location,not a bad place for the price,good food at the restaurant,excelent service from the staff,the only thing the i was consern was the noise across the street after dark,there a few bar arround the block,the will keep you awake for a few hours, after a few day was ok. there not much thing to do in Quepos! so you have to go Manuel Antonio witch is a few miles down the road,the National Park and the Beach are great.I would stay again on my next trip this summer...

Cleaniness is my only concern for this hotel. I would say from a scale of 1-5, i would rate the cleaniness a 3.5. But given the money that i've paid for the stay, you can't beat this deal. Front desk staffs were very helpful with travel arrangements and friendly. There a few local bars right across the street from the hotel so if you mind the noises at night, you might want to request your room to the upper level. There 's a so call beach right in front of the hotel but I wouldn't go alone after dark as many drugies hang out after dark. There's a above average seafood restaurant is called "the gran escape" and two internet cafe around the block.

Stayed here for three night while fishing in Quepos. I stayed here because close to boats and was downtown. It can be noisy with traffic if you are in outside room, mine was inside so little traffic noise. Room was clean and large, had not hot water one morning but was addressed and fixed promptly. AC worked great. continental breakfast included was fine. Ate dinner there they cooked my catch one night(snapper) did a good job, rice, vegetables and salad for a reasonable price. Their seafood gumbo was excellent. A very nice stay.
