The front desk staff members were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and convenient. The Breakfast was awful. The coffee was weak. Surprisingly, it continued to run out but that was because the only about 12 cups were added to a 50 cup urn. We watched a hotel worker make waffles for himself while hotel guests waited :-(, not very good customer service oriented. Breakfast consisted of tater tots, corn beef hash, very tiny apples, similar sized oranges, yogurt, bread, and English muffins, and bagels for toasting. The buffet was half the size it should have been for the number of people. Again, the room was great but the breakfast was disappointing.

It was a basic clean room, and for the price, we thought it was reasonable. It’s an older building so there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. There is a limited continental breakfast available in the mornings, but again, nothing spectacular.

First of all, I would like to say that this hotel has excellent personnel working here. Every morning they are very pleasant and always hard at work to accomodate guests. The continental breakfast was enjoyable and you even get to make your own waffles. The hotel is in a great location and has a shopping center close by equipped with an Acme grocery store that is open until 1AM. However, my only three gripes are there is no elevator, the hotel is not soundproof, and the carpet has a musty closed in smell. We had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs, and we were there at the time Softball league games were in town and they got up very early and woke us up every morning. Also, the extra blankets, and the carpet has a musty smell. Perhaps shampooing the carpet and washing the extra blankets regularly would rid the rooms of that smell. Overall, it was a good stay!

I was very pleased with my room. It was reasonably priced and nicely decorated, and convenient to my daughter's school. The only downside was that there is no elevator, and I had 2 heavy suitcases to take to the second floor. The desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful in obtaining directions to local interests for us. I would definately stay here again.

Extremely comfortable, new king sized beds with duvets; spacious work area; remodled bath with great shower. Room was exceptionally clean and well kept. There was also a new heating/cooling unit that had a temperature adjustment feature. Very convenient to I-95. Staff was courteous and professional. Would definitely stay again. We have stayed at other Ramadas that are NO comparison. Good value for services provided.
