The front desk is frequently unmanned and it's difficult to get ahold of anyone for service. The pool was not available, the wireless internet didn't work for several hours, my bathroom wasn't properly stocked either day I stayed there. Other people in my group had problems with ""non-smoking"" rooms that smelled of smoke, a noisy pool pump next to her room, and an alarm clock that didn't work.

The room we stayed in was horrible and disgusting. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and falling. The mildew in the grout in the shower made you not want to even attempt a shower. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Some of the furniture was in disrepair. Lamps were missing light bulbs. There were big cracks going down the walls in the bedroom area. This was rated 3 stars and I can not for the life of me figure out how. I would give it 1/4 of a star if I could. The plus side was that it was close to the amphitheater and it was quiet.

Unable to get enough sleep due to the noise in the hallway outside our room. The recreation area was over a balcony outside our room & there were people down there at 1:30AM. I stuck my head outside our door around that time & asked people to be quiet; that we were trying to sleep. We had a full day planned the next day & got very little sleep. People in the room next door to us had a screaming child as well that was going on until 2:30AM. Don't stay here unless you pack earplugs!

Stayed here with a large group. The room smelled like smoke altough there it was a non-smoking room. Carpets were filthy and stained. Bathroom was run down. Elevator was large enough for 1 person with a cart. Bedframe was too large for the mattress and I kept cutting my leg. Breakfast was not stocked and not good. Games area may be the best feature. Hotel needs major renovation.

The plunger for the bathroom sink was missing, so you could close the drain, but not open it. The bedside lamp would not turn on until I spent several minutes figuring out how to plug it in. There was mold on the shower curtain. The tissue box was empty. The last morning we could not get back into our room after breakfast because they had changed the code and we had to go to the front desk to get a new key. The sitting space and mini kitchen were nice features.
