  Stayed here for three nights and left one night early. Would have changed hotels after the first night but for the complexities of a business booking. Slept very poorly due to a combination of much too soft beds, warm room (no a/c), noisy and bright room (when we opened the windows to help with the warmth). We faced the street, with a lot of light and traffic noise, plus a church nearby ringing the quarter-hours. Just a bad combination all 'round. Possibly a different location would have helped with the noise/light/warmth, but probably not with the beds. Also, one night at 12:30am ""room service"" pounded on our door and asked for us by name, although we had not ordered anything; also they were laughing in a pretty drunken fashion So either that staff was extremely unprofessional, or else they were random people who had somehow found out our name. Since there was no peephole in the door, I could not see if they were in uniform. This is an old hotel, and rooms are small. Location is good (across from railway station), although noisy. Old hotels are not necessarily bad, but I can't recommend this one.
