Booked two rooms for 3 nights. Phoned days in advance to confirm reservation. Upon arrival, no record of me in their system. Re-booked upon arrival, but they still messed up the reservation as they only put us in for one night. Had us move rooms after night one in spite of the hotel being virtually empty. Stayed only two of three nights we had planned for. They shut off heat in the majority of the hotel during the winter as it is their low season. it was below freezing outside, and VERY cold inside. They also shut down one of two pools and don't maintain the open one. Front staff are unfamiliar with the area, and one female staff in particular was completely clueless about the hotel. Didn't know where the pool or the restaurant were and essentially told us to wander around until we found it (this is a very big hotel). Asked a number of times to get a working phone in one of our two rooms, but this didn't happen in our two night stay. Booked here because the price was right, but absolutely will not stay again!!!

I would not stay here. The room was dirty carpets filthy. Bedspreads never washed pillows stained and towels stained. Unprofessional management and an eye soar to Kalispell. Convicts live in the back building of the hotel while working at the hotel for free rent. I would not bring my children or even a complete stranger to this hotel. It should be shut down or condemned.

My wife and I have just returned from a trip to Kalispell and stayed at The Outlaw for one night, It was going to be 2 but it was so bad we left not caring if we even got a refund or not. The room was a mess, no towels, things in the bed... Under the covers! No pillows, then the ones they did bring looked like rolled up towels in a pillow case, there was mold all in the tub, the curtain on the window only went 1/2 way across, the shower liner only had 3 hooks on it... Oh, and the pool was just as bad! I even called a week before we booked to ensure that the pool and Hot tub were working and the manager said yes... It was open but for sure not working... the hot tub was cold, the pool had a big crack in it and there was stuff dripping from the ceiling! When I checked out the girl at the front desk told me it wasn't open that was a mistake, it had been closed earlier. Bottom line, DO NOT STAY HERE!! It should be condemned!

The Outlaw Inn was reasonably priced and a good value for the price. The hotel was mostly clean, the staff friendly, and over all our stay was a good one. However, don't plan on eating at their restaurant. It is barely a fast food place that offers a very limited menu consisting of just hamburgers and snacks. We did not go back the next morning to try the breakfast.

I was a little leary after reading the reviews but I have stayed in some pretty bad places in my many travels and since the price was far better than the competition, I went ahead and booked it. I really glad I did. The motel is clean, comfortable and conveniently located. I really don't plan on being back here but if I were to come back, I stay here again.
