    We loved staying at this hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. The room and entire hotel was extremely clean and enjoyable. We all enjoyed the breakfast in the morining. This hotel is close to great resturants. We would stay here again with no hesitations.

    My trip to the Knights inn in Independence, KS was very pleasant. We were greeted by the manager with a smile and she did everything she could to help us find our way to visit my newborn great-grandson in Mercy Hospital. I had directions from the internet, but they sounded complicated so she called to find out exactly how to get there and it was very easy for two older women to navigate. She told us what time the stores opened and was also very helpful when we needed something at breakfast that wasn't there.

    Good service, clean rooms, great pool, good for families with kids. alot of stuff to see nearby, restaurants very close with lots of variety.

    The walls were dirty, light covers dirty, light bulbs burned out, mirrors were dirty, carpet had stains, and the bed was uncomfortable.
