Hotel is located in a shopping/commercial area that is in dire need of an uplift. From cracked and pot-holed roads to flying debris and dust the area is just plain unpleasant. The hotel itself was in better repair but over-powered by other adjoining poorly maintained property. The hotel?s staff matched the mood by doing no more than necessary to get you checked in and out of their way. The room was clean but very dark and dingy. One glance at the breakfast food and area and we choose to dine else where. This is the first 3 star hotel we would never stay at again.

Our experience here was terrible - we arrived late at night after a long day travelling and we were greeted by the rudest desk clerk we have ever experienced. We had been staying at other brand name hotels during our travel and decided to give a Best Western a try. Never again!

I loved this place, my new wife and I had are honeymoon here, in clevland and I LOVED the service, I am usually a high end type of guy, and thught this would be atrosious, but they made every skeptc okay, I mean we did get married in vegas for our first date, but w/e.

this is it. Not very close to Cedar Point, if that's what you want to do, probably 30-40 min drive. I was quite impressed with the shower pressure. The free breakfast was just cereral, stale doughnuts, bread for toasting, and oatmeal. If you just need a place to stay and don't care it ""screams HELLO 80's!"" then give it a whirl!

My room was on the second floor, but there was no elevator. The hallway reeked of stale smoke, although, thankfully, the room did not. They provide shampoo, but not creme rinse, annoying my wife. Breakfast was very limited (hope you like donuts). The good news is that the staff was very friendly. But, I have stayed in much better low-cost hotels. I won't stay here next time.
