We stayed three nights and were very comfortable. Positive things: Rooms were clean and tidy. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The hot tub is at a constant 100 degrees which is cooler than a typical hot tub, but it was still relaxing. Rooms have been renovated as well as the lobby and it's very nice. Negative things: The heater in our room would blow out cool air at times but it wasn't bad enough to call the front desk. The pool area did get overrun by 3 or 4 men a couple of nights who wanted to drink in the hot tub - but our kids were done swimming by then anyway. The fitness area is a small room and the machines aren't anything to write home about but they served their purpose. We're not very high maintenance people so we didn't see anything to complain about - overall, we were very pleased with the price of the room and the cleanliness. And it passed muster with our two biggest critics - our kids! They want to stay there again, so I guess that says a lot!

11/03/2006Any request i had was taken care of in less than 5 minutes. the lounge was nice, and the help were nice and helpfull. will definatly stay again.

Most hotels do not have gift shops and seeing the earlier review about it being like a garge sale I ahave to disagree. The space is small and they have an amazing variety for a small space with things for kids to do while parents are in meetings to Montana gifts. I asked and it is independant from the Red Lion but I thing it is a plus, they all should have one.

Past stays at this hotel have been acceptable, this time they it was not close. This time they put us in the new addition but the rooms are much smaller, bathrooms tiny,the hot tub was cold for 2 days (changed water), the fire alarm would go off when you took a shower, no towels in the pool area, forgot to make up the room one day, water vending machine broke, breakfast buffet barely warm (a stove was broke), front desk unconcerned with any problem.

I was well pleased with everything. My only complaint was the gift shop, as I felt that it was far under the standards of the hotel in how it presented itself (ie. garage sale?).
