Seems like most of the rooms only had one bed and we needed a roll-away for our extra person. We stopped by early in the day to make sure one would be available and were told to check back after check-in time and maybe one would be available. So we did, and were told they didn't have rollaway beds. My blood pressure starting rising but then the desk clerk offered us a room with two queen beds for the $* price of one! I was delighted! Our room was clean except for the tub so we opted to shower when we got home. I will definitely stay here again - hopefully, the tub thing was just a fluke.

I got a great deal on an excellent room here!!! Upon checking in, the service was quick and friendly. The room was not hard to find or access. Did not have trouble using the card key. It was a hot day and the temperature set in the room was very refreshing! The room was very clean and of a decent size. My room came with coffemaker, iron/board, refridgerator, microwave, and a 25 inch color cable-access tv. It was quite throughout the night, so as we were not disturbed. I enjoyed my stay. If I need to stay at a hotel again, it will be this one. And if any friends and/or family need a recommendation for a hotel, I would most definately recommend this hotel!

This was a terrible experience. I originally chose this hotel because of the restuarant and location. But the service I received from Management was the worse ever and we will never go there again! First of all, when we arrived, we were given a dirty room! It had not been cleaned and the beds were still messed up from the previous guests. I called and complained and was told they would send someone to clean the room. I requested another room in which I was given, later on the next night we noticed ants in the refrigerator and a leak on the floor by the bed coming from the bathroom. We called and asked for the manager/owner and was told he was off and we could come in to talk to him the next morning. When we went to address the issues with the manager/owner, he was very rude and tried to say that we had stayed there the year before with some issues, I advised this was my first time staying at this hotel and he was mistaken and he tells me I should have had the staff call him at home where he would have told them to give us back our money so that we could leave and go somewhere else. I called corporate to complain in which they said they would have the manager/owner call me back to apologize but he never did.
