We live in Raleigh and when our furnace went out two days after moving to a new house they really took care of us! Very clean large rooms, quite, Free internet, great access to the everywhere in Cary or Raleigh and a great breakfast to boot. Our extended family is staying there over the holidays and as much as I hope to never expereince Carbonmonoxide leek in my home again we know where to go if we do!

We have 3 children and needed the additional room and amenities this hotel provided. Our one year old slept in the pack 'n play we brought from home and our 2 sons slept in one of the 2 comfortable queen beds. Everyone of us, as well as all our luggage, fit nicely in the bedroom with room to spare. The bedroom has a door so my husband and I were able to watch TV, read, etc. in the "sitting area" of the suite (couch, table, 2 chairs, 3 lamps) without having to worry about waking the children. Full size refrigerator, microwave and they even provided dish detergent and a scrub brush to wash the plates, utensils, etc. that come with the room. There is a dishwasher and stove top in the room too but we didn't use it as we were visiting family and ate most meals with them. Convenient to shopping; major retailers minutes down the road and it's literally right off Route 1 which made it easily accessible to every place we visited. All in all, this was a great value especially since continental breakfast was included...4 nights for less than $*! Would definitely stay there again.

The beds are new, the cost is reasonable and it is in an area with many amenities. (That's a problem with some parts of Raleigh - hotels in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants or activities nearby.)

Room we were assigned to at 4:15pm was being cleaned when we arrived at the door. Floors were still dirty (cheerioes, moldy penny, cigarette butt in a non-smoking room) when we returned. Staff did not seem at all concerned that the room was not prepared, didn't offer another room that was ready, didn't show any remorse for the dirty conditions and offered NOTHING in the way of compensation.
