  We were pleased with your service overall. breakfast was good, staff courteous, room decorations showed aged wallpaper, but for the money it was a great experience.

  Water all over the floor everytime the shower was used. *locked out of our room and nobody knew how to get back in it. *sheets were dirty it was gross ...

  *Water all over the floor everytime the shower was used. *Locked out of our room and nobody knew how to get back in it. *Sheets were dirty it was gross I brought my own bedding. *We killed a few earwigs during our stay. *toilet flooded, it didnt flush right and there was no plunger. *I personally left a phone charger in our room and have called for three days straight and nobody seems to have seen it and refused to check the room after ive said exactly where it is so i had to purchase a new one. *Hallways and rooms smell like bad B.O. *Sink moved around *Took two nights to get fresh towels after calling the desk four or five times. *When we got back into our room after the lockout and a night in another room, it was left unlocked and open with all our belongings in there. *Slider door did not shut completely or lock. Only type of security was the bar thats shoved in it. *Anybody can get into the hotel all hours of the night and saginaws not the best area for no seecurity.

  My travelling companion was bitten by an insect and we had to cut our trip short. Even for a medical reason the hotel would not refund our cancellation. This is the busy season, and many hotels have NO Vacancies. They would easily be able to re-sell the room. Very dissappointing. The ratings below are required, so they mean nothing. We never stayed there.
