When I came out of the hot tub, my feet were covered in black thick grease. When brought to their attention they said they would shut it down until it was fixed, but they didn't. They also did not put up a sign for others who may be using the hot tub. I was charged $405 to REPLACE the mattress, because my son had an accident. In my opinion, this hotel is not family orientated or forgiving.

08/25/2008Staff was very helpful. pool was wonderful after driving all day. good hours, enough supplies, tv at poolside was great because of the olympics.

Stayed here with other family members for my son's graduation. Was pleasantly surprised! Our king room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool area was inviting, with game tables for the kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the complimentary breakfast was generous with a nice variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
