  This the best hotel we have stayed so far starting from service, frandley, nice clean room , pool,spa, sauna . this is the place to be.

  The entire hotel was unclean: our room had a very large patch of mold on the ceiling over the bed, there were old mustard and mayonaise packets in the desk, ...

  The entire hotel was unclean: our room had a very large patch of mold on the ceiling over the bed, there were old mustard and mayonaise packets in the desk, the toilet had dry urine on it, and the pools were in dire need of new water. The hot tub had big chunks of sand on the bottom and both pools just felt as if they kept adding chemicals, but never changed out the water. Also, we didn't see it until the next morning, but there was a blood stain on one of the sheets.
  
  Then the continental breakfast was supposed to be open at 6-9 a.m. but wasn't yet open at 8:00 a.m. when we got up - had to call the desk attendant who seemed to be in hiding to get breakfast turned on. When it was opened up, the bread had obviously been sitting out and the coffee was day-old.
  
  I would never pay to stay here again.
