The rooms were large and spacious. There were nice chairs that provided an option to sitting on the bed all the time. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean. They have a nice laundry facility, though a little pricey. I was surprised at this level of quality in a Best Western. The staff was always available, friendly, and knowlegable. Next time I travel to Yellowstone country, I will stay here again. Breakfast here is much better than the average continental breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants and stores, and only a minute or two away from Yellowstone's gate. This would be a good choice for all travelers. I stayed over Memorial weekend before the rates went up. Very reasonable.

We generally stay in the park, but due to last minute changes, were unable to obtain rooms. This hotel was available, and very nice. The amenities that are not available in the park are a nice change, and it is very accessible to the west side. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We stayed one night on a quick family trip to Yellowstone. Good location. Very average rooms, beds, cleaniness, etc. Price was a bit high, but it was within peak summer season. The big disappointment for us was the so-called "free continental breakfast." It was pathetic! Very poorly supplied. Out of lots of stuff shortly after opening. We weren't expecting "5 Star" stuff/service, but it barley made two stars, in our opinion. This was our first stay in West Yellowstone, but in future we will definitely look for better options. You can do better too.

The queen sized beds were comfortable. Rooms were large enough for my family of 5. However, the room was dimly lit, the pool was cloudy and the housekeeping is ready to clean your room before you are ready to check out.

We arrived very late to find our room keys and agreement waiting for us at the lobby door. No waiting. No fuss. We just went to our room and finished registering in the morning. Surprised the room was so large. Very clean. No problems whatsoever. Staff was friendly and accomodating. You're close enough to everything to walk, ie., shopping, eating, etc. We've paid a great deal more for a sub-standard room. This place is an absolute bargain. We will stay here again on our next visit to Yellowstone.
