  I have stayed there several times when we come to see our grandchildren who live nearby. I have always had a clean and comfortable room and the kids love the pool and the Sunday breakfast buffet.

• BEWARE OF THEIR CONS

  I had made reservations a month prior here. There was a wedding reception going to be held there. They had a block of rooms set aside with a special rate. I called the hotel directly. Thought that I got a great room for $, they gave me a confirmation number too. I get there and the young man says they can't find it, and that it didn't look like their confirmation number. And there was still a room available. It was only $118 he says. But that was all that was available. It gets very busy in Polson during the summer, so there wasn't any other rooms to get. I had to take it. It was totally BULL!! He was rude and when I called back after I got back, the 2 people on the phone were rude also. Saying stuff like, "Well, SHE is going to tell you the exact same THING!" Referring to the manager. There help for their patio bar was useless. I told her my order and the first try she got 1 out of 4 right. "No, I need 2 Bud Lite bottles" she gave me one and a draft beer!! So I take it. The next time another person tried to get us drinks, she gets 2 out of 4. This time giving Miller Lite bottles. So there service is awfull and they are trying to get your money!!!! Not to mention, they couldn't figure out how to turn the air on in their meeting rooms, where the reception was???? BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
