This is a Budget Inn painted pink and white. You should expect more from an upper-teir chain like Best Western. Rooms were dingy, fridge didn't work, there was a fist fight on the premises (there seem to be alot of beer-drinking contractors staying here). Had to request a new fridge 3 times to finally get a new one. They screwed up my resevation so i had to move out prematurely. When checking out, the desk was manned by a 14 year old looking child. He screwed up my bill, and couldn't fix it. The manager was supposedly in the building but after waiting 20 minutes i had to go to work. He never showed up or called. What a joke for 90 a night. I suggest the Holiday Inn Express accros the street for a few more $..... they were a class act.

The room was nice, but the staff could use a little help. They didn't want to give more than 2 towels even though we had a room for 5 people and we had to ask for sheets for the sofa bed even though we paid extra to use it.

Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling and something covered up with Band-Aid. Toilet would not flush without removing tank cover and pushing lever inside tank. When I told the owners about the toilet, they already knew about it. Seemed unimportant to them.

Hotel was affordable, but you get what you pay for. My kids feet were black at the end of the night with dirt just from the carpet. When we unfolded the 2nd bed from the sofa, there were no linens, and none in the room. We all shared the king bed instead. Otherwise, not bad. I loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. The problems were not enough to pay more at the Holiday Inn across the street.
