Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious...new carpeting and decor. Parking adjacent to room. Staff eager to be helpful. Directly next to the parking ,local Amish residents often tie up their horse-drawn carriages. We enjoyed meeting and talking with one such family during our visit.

The staff at the desk was pleasant, the room was clean, the breakfast was tasty. At check out, there were a few glitches - did not initially that payment had been made, but the desk clerk kept working until it was resolved. I was well pleased with the experience.

Stayed here for ND-Navy football game and was satisfied. This is a value type hotel so I didn't expect too much but was pleasantly suprised. Room size was adequate and beds were comfortable, and although the bathroom was quite small it, was clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast area was small and crowded, but the food was ok, except for the microwaved eggs. Easy drive to South Bend. Overall a good experience.
