The flat sceen was good, but thats were it ends. I had roaches running over my legs. When I called the front desk they said they had never heard of that happening before. When I checked out they tole the repair guy ""there's another room with problems"". Water poured from the sink onto the toilet paper. when I checked out I had forgotten I had pre paid and they charged me agian.

Was going to a trade show at MidAmerica Center. Had oppotunity to stay at another hotel but chose this one for price, location and convenience to highway exit. Boy was I surprised! Very comfortable and clean. Lobby area had a wonderful social gathering area with new furnishings. Room had everything I needed. Outside could use some cleaning up including better foliage, accent lighting, etc. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Online video was also very helpful in making my travel arrangements.
