Our company has been staying at the Best Western in Hopkinsville for almost ten years. The exceptional hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the most recent renovations will likely keep us coming back for the next ten years. Thanks for the quick response to our recent request for multiple rooms for an extended basis. Our group who stayed complimented the staff and the superior free breakfast. We welcome additional work in the area and the opportunity to visit with you again soon.

The staff was very friendly. We didn't know that we'd have to pay extra for our dog, so we let our dog stay with family we were visiting. The rooms were cleaned each day. The hotel fitness room was being used as storage since they were doing some construction, so we used a big hill outside to run the turkey off. The location was perfect for what we needed and for Black Friday we were right across the street from a WalMart. The breakfast: waffles, bagels, donuts, oatmeal, toast, cereal. The orange juice tasted like it was about to go bad and wetold the breakfast person and she said someone else told her the same thing, yet it wasn't changed. It's not the fanciest hotel and could use a bit of updating, but it fit the bill for this trip.
