  Don't be fooled by the description--this is a dressed-up youth hostel, complete with public showers, paper-thin walls, and kind, but clueless, desk staff. We got horrible directions to the place. The bed was so creeky we woke every time one of us turned, and we froze the whole night. I asked for a non-smoking queen and got a smoking double. This place is a rip-off, even for NYC. FYI, this is in Chinatown Soho, not the Soho you're thinking of.
