  It was our anniversary roadtrip. Our first room smelled of body odor. Our second room had a filthy blanket and stains all over the rug. The TV didn't get all the channels advertised and the whirlpool we paid extra for was unusable. After cleaning the tub myself, black specks and gunk spewed from the jets. When asking the manager for a clean blanket the next morning, he yelled at us "You people complain too much"! I was livid and wanted to leave. My husband spoke to him and he later apologized but I still couldn't wait to leave. The hallway stank of very strong food odors and the whole experience was upsetting.
