  Traveling since 3:30 AM arrived at Hotel at 8:00 PM. Check in and was sent to an unmade room. Hauled all the suitcase back down to the front dest and was sent to our second unmade room. It took us a total of 1.5 hours to finally get into a made room. The next day went out to see the local sights and returned to our room at 8:30 PM. No clean towels, no glasses and no coffee pack. $***.** per night ... what a JOKE !! I'd rather stay in a tent. This is a hotel where half of the staff needs to be fired and the other half retrainned.

  I was at this hotel for a wedding party and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The bride was crying, the honeymoon suite and my room had broken toilets. The manager showed up in sweats and didn't have any answers for us when we asked. Then we got charged twice for our room and it's been almost a month and we're still waiting to have it fixed. DO NOT STAY HERE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!

  The hotel is doing major construction of a water park and meanwhile everything is displaced. i booked the hotel with a continental breakfast but when i went to get it ...

  The Hotel is doing major construction of a water park and meanwhile everything is displaced. I booked the hotel with a continental breakfast but when I went to get it n Tues. a.m. it was discontinued on Friday. I spoke with the hotel personnel and they honored the breakfast for the 3 of us. The room was ok..the wallpaper was coming off but who cares, we were only staying one night. The frig didn't work but again, not a big deal. Very large lap pool however the jacuzzi was horrible. Not working properly and alot of rust like material all over the bottom. All in all I only paid $$ for a night...probably b/c of the construction. Was told it was completely changing so I am sure in another 6 months it will be $$$/night.

  Hotel is still in the remodeling stage. i think it will be nice when it's competed. staff was friendly and helpful. i would stay here again.

  Construction- front desk - bar - all temporary. had trouble with toilet had to fix it ourself.
