  We stayed here on 2/28/09 ...front desk unfriendly, unhelpful. Did not disclose the pool was inoperable which meant you could not get to workout room. She was not helpful when asked for business center....needed log-in and password to get in.....finally, went down for breakfast at 6pm because of early departure....was there at 6:15 she was slowly putting food out and we asked for food to complete the menu and were told twice "" we had to wait""....room was dark and smelly. We go through Gallup at lot and would never stay there.......very poor value for the money.

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I called and asked if they had a indoor pool and hot tub & they said yes We get there to visit family and check inn. Our family comes right over to visit and & we go to the pool & 2 east Indian women come running in yelling at us to get out, pool & hot tub out of order even though there was no sign and the door was open & then they have the nerve to tell us no visitors allowed & since we had visitors they are charging us xtra. I asked to speak w/ a manager and even the manager/owner was rude. I never raised my voice to them & they continued to yell & make a scene. I have never been treated w/ such disrespect especially since I'm the customer & I paid for a service! I would never go back and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. I did call corporate and complained

  Let me start by saying that everything is out of order. the hotel says it has guest laundry, a pool, wireless internet access but nothing works. the lobby and hallways ...

  Let me start by saying that everything is out of order. The hotel says it has guest laundry, a pool, wireless internet access but nothing works. The lobby and hallways are dirty and smell bad. The front desk clerk was not helpful especially when my room key refused to work three times. The back door was also out of order and was held open by a rock. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Good clean rooms, coffee pot and ice machine close. however their advertised wireless internet is so weak it won't work. also, not restaurants close by, so if towing like ...

  Good clean rooms, coffee pot and ice machine close. However their advertised wireless internet is so weak it won't work. Also, not restaurants close by, so if towing like I was, can't just get something to eat. If you're looking for a good bed just to sleep, it is a good hotel.
