  The staff at this hotel was friendly from the moment I arrived. The room itself was large and nicely furnished. The amenities the hotel had to offer were great as well. The outdoor pool was very clean and relaxing, the free full breakfast was very good as well. They also offer high-speed Internet throughout the property as well as an in room movie service. The hotel is just minutes off of the highway and is very close to the beaches and casinos in the area. Overall the hotel was great and I would recommend it to future guests

  The hotel was perfect for our stay in Niantic/New London area. The room was very clean and well taken care of. When needed, the front desk personnel were very helpful and courtious. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

  This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. In our room the carpet was wet, it smelled so bad like mold, the box spring was broken so the bed was part on the floor, the drain in the shower didn't drain, our room was never cleaned one day. Yuck! don't stay here BEWARE.

  Better to sleep in the car. place was dingy, carpets worn, received last room on long corridor so was put next to side entrance where every degenerate was smoking. needless ...

  better to sleep in the car. Place was dingy, carpets worn, received last room on long corridor so was put next to side entrance where every degenerate was smoking. needless to say room reeked. Bed was awful, bathroom ok.best westerns quality over the years has clearly decreased. once is enough, never best western again
