We stayed here when the hotel was fairly new and loved it. The poeple were very nice, the rooms clean and comfortable. But the last 2 time we stayed here we were very disappointed. The last time was the last straw. The last time was the last straw. The room did not seem as nice and clean and I felt that the bed linen was not changed so I asked for it to be changed while we were gone. When we returned the bed was made but the sheets still looked like someone had slept on them. The bathroom also felt like it had not been cleaned throughly and the room smelled of cigarettes even though we asked for non-smoking. The last time the maids left our room unlocked all day while we were gone. We also noticed other rooms were left unlocked. This made us feel like it was done on purpose. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Always expent the worst
09/28/2007I've never expected to much out of the lower cost in a hotel or motel. i think my stay was pleasent and the desk clerks were friendly.

07/17/2007Should be named the worst western hotel. the room smelled like smoke (we had a non-smoking room). we asked before reserving the room if the bathroom would accomodate a ...
Should be named The WORST western hotel. The room smelled like smoke (we had a non-smoking room). We asked before reserving the room if the bathroom would accomodate a wheelchair and was told it would. Guess what? It didn't. When we called the front desk to see if we could change rooms, the receptionist was VERY rude and pretty much said we should have checked it out before arriving??? How??? I will never again stay at a Best Western.
