I picked this hotel for the amenities and the 24 hour hot tub, pool, and sauna. We were unable to use the hot tub etc. until the 2nd evening. The area is to be adult only after 9 PM. We waited and went down and there were no towels. My husband went to get some and was told that there weren't any and we should have come earlier. Not I will get you some, no apology. Well my husband came back and got me to go back to the room. He decided that he wanted to take up the rudeness with the manager. He told the clerk that he wished to speak with the manager and she told him he was ------- crazy! He said maybe he was blank crazy but he still wanted to speak to the manager. He got the manager who just gave him 2 towels, and no apology, and no reprimand to the clerk, or an apology from her. We of course left. A customer should never be treated in such a fashion. The breakfast ends at 9:30 and the restaurant is not open to order food. The shampoo and soap were not replaced when used. The hot tub was not hot, even tho when I asked I was told they keep it at 104 or 105. The room was very nice and roomy, but the TV reception was blurry and the sofa had a big spot on the seat. I would definately not recommend it to anyone . I overheard another incoming guest who was quoted a rate over the phone and then when they got there were told that was wrong would be charged more and when she asked what she would be charged couldn't get a straight answer. Not good business.
