We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Frankly speaking, we enjoyed the food as well and found the courtesy of the staff remarkedly informative, pleasant and prompt. We will be back on our next visit to the Western Suburbs.

Attended a reception in the area. Many of us chose this hotel due to location. We arrived around 2pm and were treated rudely because we were checking in prior to 3pm (we had a 4 hour drive). We were given "the only room ready" which was room 105. Room 104 and 105 are the 1st rooms after the reception room and BAR (with an outdoor sitting area). There was a power outage the evening before, so the pool lights weren't working and our TV had to be reprogrammed. The kids really enjoyed the pool. After finally settling into bed around 10:30, we were woken up at 11:40 to people talking, partying, yelling, and having a good time. Finally at 12:45AM, I went to the front desk to talk with them. The officer on duty went outside and asked people to be respectful of others. I encouraged the front desk to NOT put families with children in this room due to the noise. Come to find out they had our reservation listed as 2A only (which was a mistake on their part..I made a point of telling them 2children also so we would get 2 beds). Normally, they put families on 3rd floor away from the noise. They "assumed" we were with the wedding reception and put us in that room. Finally after 2:30AM, we were able to sleep soundly (until people walked through the halls..VERY LOUD). Only suggestion was to move us to a King smoking room....The next morning, after discussing the issue again, we were offered 2 free breakfasts (even though there were 4 of us in the room). We declined and left as soon as we could. Our friends had ants in their room (Room 204). I will NEVER stay in this hotel again!

BED BUGS
Several of our wedding party experienced bed bugs in the beds. they were horrible - and they bite. although management acknowledged the problem, they refused to refund for the rooms.
