The hotel was not a bad place to stay, but I would not recommend it unless you specifically need to stay in West Memphis. The hotel is surrounded by a truck stop and is loud unless you keep the fan running in the room. I was a little nervous when I went out to my car at night because of the loitering people around the parking area. The office staff was very nice and polite. The hotel itself did not smell very fresh and the breakfast was minimal. I did appreciate the hotel's policy for traveling pets.

The attendant for the late night check-in was difficult to communicate with by phone & in person. My Garmin didn't give percise directions & when I telephoned the hotel, the clerk was unable to give me directions. The room was nice & clean. The queen size beds were comfortable. The "breakfast" bar was what you would except for "free" in that there was almost no variety & the type of items you would buy from a convenience/gas store.

Room was clean. However, all the rooms back up to a truck stop. We could hear trucks all night. The sheets and towels were old and worn. We actually went to Wal-Mart and bought several towels. Pillows on bed were old and not comfortable. The Continental breakfast was below par; only cereal and a few muffins and orange juice was watered down. We went to McDonalds for breakfast. We would not recommend this hotel.
