  I was at this hotel for a wedding. The bride and groom blocked off rooms, yet i called 4 times to reserve a room and was each time told there weren't any rooms under those names (but there were!) Finally, I got my reservation. At the time of the wedding, we had a shuttle lined up to pick up guests from the reception and bring us to the hotel....first shuttle was 30 minutes late......2nd shuttle was 1.5 hours late! Apparently, the shuttle was double or triple booked for the night. They should have just told guests to make other arrangements rather than agreeing to terms they couldn't fullfill. The hotel refused to compensate at all.

  While I relaxed in the hot tub (which was huge), my kids played for hours in the clean & spacious pool. The bed that I slept in was like being on a cloud. Newer bedding and very pleasant in the decorations. The staff was very accomodating and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and my family WILL be staying here again.
